I want to cancel the order?

Submit a ticket mentioning below details
1. Order number

2. Reason for cancellation

Once the ticket is submitted,
We will check
-if the order is yet to be shipped, if it is not shipped, then we will cancel the order and process your refund in your original mode of payment or in ROBU Wallet.
-If the parcel is already out of warehouse and is in transit, you can reject the parcel so that it will come back to us.

Please note that, once you accept the parcel, return process would be followed.
