Item is faulty and not working

It may sometimes happen that the item may not work or is difficult to put into action, so in this case visit the product page on and make sure that you are not missing on any instruction on the 'How to use' part.
If you are sure that the item is really faulty, we will be more than happy to assist you.

What customer needs to do?
Submit a ticket mentioning

1. Order number

2. Email ID used at the time of placing order.

3. Attach a small video and snapshots which demonstrates that the product is not working:- Explaining details of entire issue could be time a cumbersome task, attaching a video along with a ticket gives a clear and quick understanding of the issue and resolution time reduces to a significant extent

we will check all the details and once you get the approval from us to send the product back to us with the tracking details
Please make sure the product is in good condition and is not physically damaged, burnt due to polarity reversal.

The product needs to be sent to the below address.

Once you send the product back to us, kindly share the tracking details with us.

After inspection of the product at our end, we will provide you with your preferred resolution which can be one of the following.

1. If we found it faulty, then we can send you a replacement (with this, we will also refund the return shipping charges up to Rs. 70) or can refund up to Rs70 as return shipping amount along with the order amount.
2. If the product is working, we can reship it back to you, in which the return shipping charges won’t be paid back to you.

                        **** reserves the right to reject such refunds if the product does not meet our criteria.***

To build the confidence of the customer and to provide more insight into the technical issue, we always shoot a small video of the test that we do to check the received product. If needed customers are encouraged to go through the video to get more clarity.

Make sure to contact us within warranty period of order delivery, else the return will not be possible.
