My order is different from what was ordered/ I received wrong item

Well, chances are very feeble that the parcel will have some missing parts or accessories.
But even if the customer receives an incomplete order, then please submit a ticket mentioning the below details and we will get back to you.

What customer needs to do?
Submit a ticket mentioning

1. Order number

2. Email ID used at the time of placing order.

3. Snapshots of the package will show the wrong item.
4. What you ordered:-
      what you got:-(just a brief description which will help us identify the product will be sufficient)

Once the ticket is submitted,

what robu will do?
we will get back to you in 48 hours and we will mail you if we need further information, else we will ship you the product which you actually intended ('The Right Product')

why will we ask for further information?
Our operations run on an automated system, if the item is missing in a particular order then our system will show that the extra material is in stock which means that some orders are shipped with missing items, and this way we will be sure.

Once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, We will ask the customer to send the wrong item back to us,

What customer needs to do?

As soon the wrongly delivered product is shipped back to us, the customer is required to send the snapshot of the packed parcel and the tracking details of the same.
Once these are submitted, our executive will send the right product to you.

Who pays for the return shipping charges:-we will reimburse up to Rs.70 as return shipping charges borne by you at the time of sending back the parcel. For this, we will ask you for your bank details and transfer this amount to your bank account.

Make sure to contact us in 2 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible
