Product No longer needed

Yes, we do take such cases when the customer no longer needs the product. The customer needs to make sure that the product is not used.

The product will be return eligible  if it meets the below criteria

1. The order should not be older than 15 days from the date of delivery irrespective of the warranty period. Orders older than 15 days are not eligible for this case as well as some product comes with a manufacturer seal so, the warranty Policy shall cover only those issues pertaining to the manufacturing defects in the product. In any other case, No return will be accepted if the seal is broken.

3. 10 % of the product amount will be deducted in the Bank Account refund or else it can be waived off if you choose a refund in ROBU WALLET and the refund will be made once we receive and inspect/test the product at our location. The shipping and COD charges( If applicable) are not refundable in such cases. Robu points redeemed for such orders will not be credited back to the account.

4.Once the refund is initiated in ROBU WALLET then it can not be transferred into BANK ACCOUNT in any condition but you can place a new order using ROBU WALLET.
